One thing to be very clear about before buying Turkish citizenship: the Turkish passport does not give visa-free access to EU Schengen countries. If the goal is easier European travel, Turkish citizenship does not achieve that. For Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and around 110 other countries, it helps. But not Europe. Now, on taxes: Turkey taxes residents on worldwide income at progressive rates. However, non-residents with Turkish citizenship are taxed only on Turkish-sourced income. If you hold Turkish citizenship but live elsewhere, your Indian income is generally not taxed by Turkey. India and Turkey have a DTAA.
