LuxuryRetire ("we", "us", "our") operates luxuryretire.com. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We'll keep this plain. No legal theatre.
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to share. When you use our planning tools, we don't store the inputs on our servers — the calculations happen in your browser. We also collect standard web analytics data: pages visited, time on site, general location, device type. This comes via Google Analytics and is anonymised.
Your contact details are used to send you the guide you asked for, to respond to your enquiries, and to send our newsletter if you opted in. We don't use your details to cold-pitch you on unrelated products. Analytics data helps us understand which guides are useful and which aren't, so we can improve the site.
We use Brevo to manage our email list and send newsletters. We use Google Analytics for site data. We use Stripe if you make a payment. These are the only third parties who receive your data as part of how this site operates. We don't sell your information. We don't share your contact details with the professionals in our directory without your explicit consent — if you ask us to connect you with someone, we'll ask first.
Email list subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Enquiry form submissions: we keep these for 12 months. Analytics data: per Google's standard retention settings (14 months by default).
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any newsletter. You can ask to see what data we hold on you. Write to us at hello@luxuryretire.com and we'll sort it out within 7 business days.
We use cookies for Google Analytics and to remember your preferences on the site. Standard stuff. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly if you do.
If we change something material about how we handle data, we'll update this page and note the date. If the change affects you significantly, we'll email you if we have your address.
